Albury Racecourse Wedding Photography for Annie and Dean
I had a great day photographing the Albury Racecourse wedding of Annie and Dean. They chose a nice relaxed venue to suit their laid-back day. There was a big focus on having fun throughout the whole day. Lawn games and a photo booth provided by Groovy Grins helped to set the tone.
We started off the day with the preparation at a couple of locations. As big Holden fans, their cars were to play a big part in the day so they got an extra polish. We used the cars throughout the day for lots of photos including a drive out to the Hume weir and Bethanga bridge.
The ceremony and reception were both help at the Albury Racecourse, keeping everything simple for the guests. The views across the racecourse are really nice as it gets towards sunset and there are lots of little spots for photography. We spread the photos out throughout the day. First with the post ceremony family photos and then we went for our drive. We stopped at a few locations and then back to the racecourse. Around sunset I took Annie and Dean out for a few quick snaps and then again later in the night. It’s good to spread the photos out as it creates different moods, light and emotions depending on the time of day.
As a local, it’s always great to shoot a local wedding and this one was a fun, relaxed and happy one to be part of. Congratulations and all the best to Annie and Dean!
